Contractors will be Chosen for New Home Construction in 48-acre Stokes County Subdivision
Greensboro, NC January 12, 2007 – The King city council recently approved Greensboro developer Mitchell James, LLC, to construct a housing subdivision on 48-acres of land in Stokes County. Mitchell James is seeking quality builders and will select three to five builders to construct the subdivision which will consist of approximately 87 home sites and 31 town homes selling in the $150,000 – 250,000 range.
